Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will have to collect $5 to process the exchange

We’ll guide you through next steps quickly — because you shouldn’t have to wait to get things right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return of opened products
We want your pet, and you, to be happy and healthy! If your pet is reluctant to try our products, try mixing the powdered products with warm water, to increase the aroma. Start with a smaller amount and work your way up to the serving size. If your pet absolutely does not like our product please reach out to us at support@shophealthypets.com and we will make it right! We are happy to send you one of our other products to try in place of the product your pet does not like.

Shipping
We want to get your product to you as quickly as possible. We commit to packing and shipping your order within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment has been processed. We ship through Fedex and will send your order updates with tracking information. However, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
